ISDN Channel Hour Limitations:
There is a limitation of 200 Total Channel Hours per user for an ISDN
connection. It is an additional charge per channel hour above the allowed 200 channel
hour maximum.
(i.e. 1 hour of dual ISDN usage is equivalent to 2 channel hours)
