As a major connectivity hub centrally located in the Financial District, near the major exchanges, the data center is ideally suited for clients with complex connectivity and redundancy requirements.
The iconic 75 Broad building boasts a rich telecommunications history. Built in 1928 as the headquarters for International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT), it served during World War II as a hub for communications with American submarines operating in the Atlantic Ocean. More recently, the venue served as one of the original New York City carrier hotels.

POWER DISTRIBUTION
- Electrical Infrastructure: Potential output of apx 12.5 MW, comprised of 10 switches. Con Edison supplies building with multiple points of entry located on Beaver Street and South Williams Street. 6500 Amps currently available.
- Generator Backup: Two floors dedicated to generator farms, as well as a life-safety generator to back up elevators and stairwell lighting
- Generator system is supported by two fuel oil tanks with a capacity of 25,000 gallons
ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL
- N + 1 redundant cooling
- Chiller plant is comprised of two 500-ton chillers, for a total 1000 tons of cololing and has the capability of expansion to include two 500-ton chillers, for an additional 1000 tons.
FIRE DETECTION/SUPRESSION
- Dry-Pipe pre-action fire prevention system
